Hello naturalmedicine communities. After hardfork rarely write posts with naturalmedicine tag. Today I decide to join the communites. I was amazed that the community is big enough with a lot of active members.
This time I would like to share about food that has zinc. Why zinc?

WHY OUR BODY NEEDS ZINC?

Zinc is not produced by your body. Your body needs intake from outer sources. Zinc has many benefits to our body and deficiency of zinc will cause some health problems. Our body needs zinc to wound healing, DNA and protein synthesis, and increase immunity.

SOURCES OF ZINC

Zinc should be taken from food intake to your body. I think you should think the food sources in your diet lists. Here are some good sources of zinc.
Meat, eggs, grain, legumes, oyster, sesame seed, potato, nuts, dairy and chocolates.

ZINC FROM LEGUMES

Zinc from legumes shoud be heated first because it is not well absorbed to your body. By heating zinc will be absorbed better to your body.

Take benefit from mung bean as source of zinc

Here is how to take benefit from zinc source mung bean. You can make mung bean poridge. How to make the mung bean poridge?
Take 100 gram of mung bean. Wash, then cooked in pressure cooking pan with 1000 litre of water for about 15 minutes. Add a little sugar and brown sugar or coconut sugar and a half tea spoon of salt. The mung bean poridge is ready to serve in warm state.
